According to police, on Thursday April 2nd 2015, at 9:25pm, Niagara Falls Street Crime Detectives, with the assistance of Uniform Officers, executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act Search Warrant at a Niagara Falls residence.
Detectives have been making observations of the residence for approximately 1 week and gathered evidence that led to the issuance of the warrant.
Inside, Detectives located a large quantity of cocaine, crystal methamphetamine as well as prescription medication that held a street value of over $24,000. Detectives also located a quantity of money hidden within the residence.
39 year old Allan JAVIER and 40 year old Leone ALBERGA, both residents of Niagara Falls, each stand charged with 4 counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking and Possession of Proceeds of Crime. Allan JAVIER faces an additional count of Possession of Proceeds of Crime.
JAVIER and ALBERGA are being held pending a bail hearing on April 3rd 2015 in St Catharines.
