According to police, in the month of December, members of the St. Catharine’s Street Crime Unit conducted an investigation in to the sale of drugs from an Eastchester Avenue apartment. As a result of this investigation, on Monday December 29th Police obtained a search warrant for the apartment.
At approximately 7:03 pm the warrant was executed and two persons were arrested. Police say they searched the apartment and recovered cocaine, heroin, and marijuana.
33 year old Dallas Stackhouse has been charged with 3 counts of Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking in Scheduled Substances and 2 counts of Failing to Comply with Recognizance. 31 year old Warren Curtis was charged with 3 counts of Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking.
In total, the approximate value of the drugs seized is $7000. Stackhouse and Curtis were both held pending a bail hearing.
