Police say at approximately 2:15AM on Friday, December 12, 2014 the Niagara Regional Police Service and Niagara EMS were called to a downtown St. Catharines bar for a male who had just been assaulted.
Emergency personnel arrived on scene to find an injured victim suffering from serious facial injuries. The forty three year old St. Catharines man was taken to the Niagara Health System by ambulance where he required surgery for his injuries. The suspect fled the scene prior to police arrival and has yet be located.
Investigation has now revealed the identity of the male suspect regarding this incident and an arrest warrant is currently being requested for thirty year old, Kasey KISH, for one count of Aggravated Assault contrary to Section 168(1) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
