According to police, in late November 2014 the Niagara Regional Police Sexual Assault Unit began an investigation of a male who was exposing himself to unsuspecting females.The male was observed on several different dates attending the Beamsville Service Centre located at 5005 South Service Rd., Lincoln, in the afternoon hours.
The male was observed exposing himself to the employees of the Service Centre and has been identified as 50 year old Donald Dubuc of Fort Erie.
He was arrested and charged with two counts of Indecent Act and one count of Criminal Harassment. He was held in custody to attend a Bail Hearing on Wednesday December 3, 2014 at the Robert S. K. Welch Courthouse, 59 Church St., St. Catharines.
The Sexual Assault Unit is requesting assistance from the public. Anyone who may have witnessed this incident or any other similar acts is asked to contact The Niagara Regional Police Sexual Assault Unit at 905-688-4111 extension 5125.
