A reminder for garbage this week that in Niagara it is Christmas tree pick up week.
The Region will be collecting your trees on your regular collection date from now until until January 15th.
When preparing your tree for pick up, please do not wrap it in plastic and ensure it is easily accessible, i.e. not buried in snow for example or it will not be collected. Also ensure the tree is at the curb prior to 7 a.m.
Artificial trees or other items can be picked up by contacting the region’s large pick up service which can be accessed HERE. Note that the arrangements must be made at least 2 business days prior to your garbage collection date.
