Police say on Thursday December 8th 2016 Niagara Falls Street Crime Detectives executed two Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrants in Niagara Falls after conducting observations of a mobile drug trafficking operation with the assistance of the Intelligence Unit.
The warrants were executed on a Niagara Falls residence and a Niagara Falls apartment. Street Crime Detectives arrested the trio in the parking lot of the apartment complex and located a quantity of cocaine and money. A further search of the residence and apartment revealed a quantity of marihuana and money that was seized. Collectively the trio faces 15 criminal charges. The investigation resulted in the seizure of $2100 worth of cocaine, $6000 worth of marihuana and a quantity of Canadian currency.
Charged is 49yr old Ronald SEALEY of Niagara Falls. SEALEY is charged with 7 criminal charges that include possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking, possession of marihuana for the purpose of trafficking (2 counts) , possession of Oxycodone for the purpose of trafficking, possession of proceeds of crime both under and over $5000 and drive while disqualified.
Charged is 33yr old Harley HENDERSON of Niagara Falls. HENDERSON faces 4 charges that include possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking, possession of marihuana for the purpose of trafficking (2 counts) and possession of proceeds of crime over $5000.
Charged is 32yr old Misty SHERRY of Niagara Falls. SHERRY faces 4 charges that include possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking, possession of marihuana for the purpose of trafficking (2 counts) and possession of proceeds of crime over $5000.
SEALEY and HENDERSON were both held for a bail hearing on December 9th 2016 and SHERRY was released with a future court date.
