In December of 2015 the Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) Sexual Assault Unit commenced an investigation at A. N. Myer Secondary School in Niagara Falls. Myer Secondary School where the teacher taught from 2013 till the commencement of this investigation.   The second girl was a student of Sir Winston Secondary School in St. Catharines, where the teacher taught from 2009 to 2013. As a result of the investigation the NRPS Sexual Assault Unit has arrested Michael J. Molnar of Pelham.
