Police say on Friday, February 5, 2016, members of the Niagara Regional Police Sexual Assault Unit were called to investigate a sexual assault which was alleged to have occurred earlier in the day at a private residence in the city of Niagara Falls. As a result of the investigation, an arrest was made later that evening.
Charged with sexual assault and sexual exploitation is 39 year old Niagara Falls resident, Christopher William Kemp. Christopher William Kemp attended bail court on Saturday February 6, 2016 where he was held in custody.
