Police say in August of 2015 members of the Niagara Regional Police Service Sexual Assault Unit entered into an investigation in relation to an incident that occurred at a private residence in the City of Welland. This investigation ended with an arrest being made on August 12, 2015.
Charged with Sexual Assault, is 18 year old Welland resident, Kyle Fasan. Kyle Fasan is scheduled to attend a bail hearing on August 13, 2015 in the City of St Catharines.
