According to police, in June of 2015 Niagara Falls Street Crime Detectives along with Uniform Officers from “A” platoon started to receive information in regards to a female and male operating a mobile crystal methamphetamine trafficking operation in Niagara Falls. As a result an investigation ensued and the pair was arrested on July 16th 2015 at approximately 410pm after conducting a drug sale in a parking lot of a Lundy’s Lane Restaurant. At the time of the arrest Detectives located approximately an ounce of crystal methamphetamine, a quantity of cash and other drug trafficking paraphernalia. The drugs have a street value of $1,400.

Charged is 33yr old Michael CROFT of Niagara Falls

Breach of Recognizance
DUSCHENE was released on a recognizance of Bail with a future court date and CROFT was held pending a Bail Hearing on July 17th 2015. This is the second time in just over a month that CROFT had been arrested for Trafficking Methamphetamine.
