Niagara Regional Police say they are trying to locate the owner of a found ATV in St. Catharines.
On Thursday, December 19, 2024, at approximately 5:40 a.m., 1 District (St. Catharines/Thorold) Uniform Officers responded to a Suspicious Person call for service in the area of Oakdale Avenue/Westchester Avenue in the City of St. Catharines.
Police attended the area and were unable to locate any individuals. During the investigation police found a red ATV with no identifiable make or model. While the exact duration of the ATV’s presence is unknown, officers suspect it may have been stolen, as the ignition had been tampered with.
Police are looking to identify the owner of the ATV. Any member of the public who believes the ATV to be theirs will be required to provide information that will allow officers to confirm ownership.
