Niagara Regional Police say they have made an arrest in relation to break and enters in the Grimsby/Lincoln areas.
In the late months of 2023, police began an investigation of a series of break and enters that were occurring in residential/condominium storage lockers and commercial properties in the Towns of Grimsby and West Lincoln.
As a result of the investigation, detectives were able to identify a male suspect responsible for the break and enters.
On January 15, 2024, the suspect was arrested in the City of Niagara Falls.
Christopher P. Mussat (21 years old) of St. Catharines was arrested and charged with the following offence:
Break and Enter to commit theft (5 Counts)
Mussat attended a video bail hearing that took place on January 16, 2024, at the Robert S.K Welch courthouse located at 58 Church Street, in the City of St. Catharines.
