An ATM theft in Niagara, after a truck slammed into the Food Basics on Geneva Street early yesterday morning.
Police say a pickup truck forced its way into the front glass of the St.Catharines building at 4:30 a.m. and an ATM was stolen from the store.
The truck containing the ATM fled the scene prior to officers arriving and was last seen west bound on the North Service Road.
Damage to the business is estimated at $5000. The value of the contents of the ATM is not being released.

The pickup truck is described as dark in colour with a crew cab, and two suspects were involved.
One of the suspects is described as wearing gloves, a dark coloured face covering, black pants, and a camouflage hooded sweatshirt.
