After a failed break and enter attempt to Larry’s Rentall located at 240 Ontario Street, St. Catharines, police say they are looking for a lone male suspect.
In the 5:40 am, Monday morning incident, a stolen pickup truck was used to ram the building three times causing nearly $100,000 in damage, however was not successful in making entry.
The suspect is described as male white, 30 years old, 5’6ft with a medium build. He was wearing a grey Nike hooded sweater, black pants with grey shoes and white soles.
The vehicle was stolen from a parking lot in the immediate area, a short time before the incident occurred.
The vehicle is described as 2018 orange Toyota Tundra pickup truck, with Ontario marker AY35006.
The vehicle is a 4×4 with lift kit, has black rims and a white decal across the rear window which reads “Rough Country”. (See suspect below)
The vehicle sustained significant damage to the front and rear bumpers as a result of the B&E attempt.
