1. Biketoberfest – This family friendly, all weekend long event is put on by the Welland Motorcycle Club and features vendors, live music, food, Bike Demos, draws and more. 2. Carmel Fine Art and Music Festival runs Friday, Sept. 14 to Sunday, Sept. 16 at Firemen’s Park in Niagara Falls. Indoor and outdoor exhibitions of fine art in a variety of mediums and styles, running 6-11 p.m. on Friday, 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Saturday and 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Sunday. Admission is $5, kids under 12 and seniors admitted free.

3. The final performances of the At War’s End guided spirit walks at Victoria Lawn Cemetery in St. Catharines take place Friday and Saturday, Sept. 14-15, at 6 and 7 p.m. Witness the impact four years of war had on the residents of St. Catharines in 1918 with an engaging historical and theatrical walk. Pre-registration is required and tickets are $11 a person. Call 905-984-8880.
3. The Gapper, a one-, 2.5- and five-kilometre cross-country run takes place Saturday, Sept. 15 at 3 p.m. at Agape Valley, 392 Kilman Rd. in Pelham. The family-friendly charity run supports Agape Valley summer camps and entry fees range from $10-$30.
