The Niagara Regional Police Service is actively investigating a case of a missing 50 year old male from Niagara Falls.
Richard Harold Bert Manley was last seen on Tuesday July 3rd in the area of Stanley Avenue and is described as: male, white, 6’0″, 282 lbs, with long blonde hair, a beard, and with tattoos on both arms.
He was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt and blue jeans and in the latest update police say that yesterday, they recovered the vehicle that was being operated by Manley.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
