Hundreds of pet lovers and their pets descended on Saturday to the ScotiaBank Convention Centre in Niagara Falls for an incredible event meant to educate, entertain and highlight all the pet products, services and support companies in the region and beyond.
Pet celebrities were also a big draw to the show…below, Hulk the “gentle giant” and “world’s most famous pitbull” from DDK with his owner Marlon who says Hulk is a family dog who is a little on the lean side right now at 165 pounds!
Below, is Canada’s biggest bunny “Otis” getting some love from the crowd who weighs 20 pounds at only 1 year old.
Pigs can be celebrities too! Below, Dozer the agility pig with his owner …
Below Merlin the Ragdoll and Himalayan Mix “angry cat” was on hand for a couple of hours. His owner Hailey says he is really a friendly cat despite his cranky demeanor. Merlin has well over a hundred thousand followers on Instagram.

New gadgets for pets are always popping up. Below Prada models her dog umbrella from Seymour Dog Umbrellas. Her owner Lou who started the company (and has appeared on Dragon’s Den) says he was inspired while in a Montreal rainfall and saw dogs getting soaked while going out for their walk!
