On June 13th 2017 police say Niagara Falls Uniform Officers were dispatched to investigate an offence at a Niagara Falls residence.
After an investigation a male was arrested for Breach of Recognizance. Further investigation by Uniform Officers led Street Crime Detectives to secure two Controlled and Drugs and Substances Act search warrants.
As a result of the searches $5450 worth of cocaine was located as well as drug trafficking paraphernalia and 46 year old Donald Christopher Taylor of Niagara Falls was charged and held pending a bail hearing.
He was charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking cocaine and two counts of Breach of Recognizance.
This same male was just arrested by Niagara Falls Street Crime Detectives on May 25th 2017 after an investigation that led to the recovery of just over 1280 grams of cocaine (over 45 ounces with a street value of $126,000), 79 oxycodone pills and cash that was seized.
Detectives also seized his 2017 BMW valued at over $70,000 as proceeds of crime.
