On April 2, 2017, members of the Niagara Regional Police Service say they responded to a Robbery that occurred at a hotel within the Casino district.
The victim informed police that several suspects forced his door open and violently assaulted him. The suspects removed several belongings from the victim prior to leaving the area on foot and detectives from the Niagara Falls Criminal Investigation Branch took over the investigation and were able to identify four suspects.
The following individuals have been identified/charged in relation to this incident:
1)Gabriel OSORIO-INTERIANO (20 yrs)
– Break and Enter commit Robbery- Section 348(1)(b) CC
2) Sergio HERNANDEZ-CRUZ(22 yrs)
– Break and Enter commit Robbery- Section 348(1)(b) CC
– Fail to Comply with Probation Order- Section 733.1(1) CC
3) Samuel OSORIO(19 yrs)
– Break and Enter commit Robbery- Section 348(1)(b) CC
4) Dollee THACH(18 yrs)
– Break and Enter commit Robbery- Section 348(1)(b) CC
All of the individuals are residents of the Montreal area and have since been released from custody with several conditions that they are to abide by.
