In December 2016, members of the St.Catharines Street Crime Unit began conducting another drug investigation into a male suspected of trafficking Cocaine within the City of St.Catharines and police say on December 20th 2016, they saw several suspected drug deals by this individual.
After witnessing these suspected drug transactions Police arrested the individual and found him to be in possession of a small quantity of cocaine. Police later obtained judicial authorization to search this males business and residence located at 24 St.Paul Crescent, St.Catharines. A search of this property resulted in the seizure of Cocaine and Prescription medication.
Arrested and charged was 63 year old Daniel RIZZARDO of St.Catharines.

Fail to comply with his recognizance x 3
As a result of this investigation Police seized $4,000 worth of cocaine and prescription medication.
While waiting for judicial authorization, Police were maintaining security/ continuity of the property located at 24 St. Paul Crescent. At this time Police were approached by a male who was wanted by the Niagara Regional Police on an outstanding warrant. After a brief struggle and foot chase this individual was arrested without incident. A search of the accused revealed a quantity of suspected crack cocaine and Crystal Methamphetamine.
Arrested and charged was 20 year old Joshua AJIBADE of St.Catharines.

As a result of this arrest, Police seized $700 worth of cocaine and Crystal Methamphetamine. All parties have been held in custody pending a bail hearing on December 21st 2016.
