At approximately 4:35 p.m. Sunday November 13, 2016, members of the Niagara Regional Police Service say they responded to Boston Pizza, 8444 Lundys Lane to investigate a report of robbery. Investigation revealed that a male suspect had entered the establishment, displayed a weapon, and demanded cash. The suspect is described as male, white, approximately 40 years old, 6′ tall, medium build, goatee, wearing a black coat, black toque, and black pants.
At approximately 5:45 p.m. the same suspect entered the Circle K variety store, 8267 Thorold Stone Road, Niagara Falls. He again displayed a weapon and fled the store after demanding cash. (See security pictures below):
There were no injuries reported in either incident. Detectives from the 2 District, Criminal Investigations Branch continue to investigate these matters. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Niagara Regional Police at (905) 688-4111, Ext# 2200.
