Since September 2016, members of the Niagara Regional Police Service have been investigating an individual for several Break and Enters and Thefts throughout the Niagara Region. These investigations were actively investigated by members of the St. Catharines Street Crime Unit and uniform patrol officers.
Through the investigation police say, it was determined that the same individual was currently being investigated by Hamilton Police Service, Waterloo Regional Police Service, Durham Regional police and York Regional Police Service for similar type of incidents. As a result of the investigation by the Niagara Regional Police Service, Police have issued an arrest warrant for a 50 year old Toronto resident.
Michael WINN of Toronto is currently being sought by the Niagara Regional Police for the following offences:
Break and Enter commit Theft x 2
Disguise With Intent x 2
Attempt to commit an Indictable Offence
Theft Under $5000 x 2
Breach Probation x 3
WINN is currently wanted with the Niagara Regional police and is believed to be actively evading his arrest and is kown to have ties to the cities of Oshawa, Ajax and Toronto.
