Further to the media release posted yesterday, police say they have identified the man pictured below who reportedly took product from the LCBO without paying for it.
In the original report, on Thursday, August 25th, 2016 at 2:00 pm and again at 2:20 pm the below pictured male attended the LCBO on Ferry Street in the city of Niagara Falls and concealed 3 bottles of Johnny Walker and exited the store without making any attempt to pay for them. At 2:20 pm he returned once again and was observed on store surveillance stealing two bottles of Hennessey’s cognac.
The male suspect accused has been identified due to information from the public as 23 year old Nickolas Atmekjian from St. Catharines.
Nickolas Atmekjian is being charged with the following offences under the Criminal Code:
1) Theft Under $5000.
2) Theft Under $5000.
3) Theft Under $5000.
4) Fail to comply with Probation Order.
The current whereabouts of Nikolas are unknown, as a result Police are seeking a warrant for his arrest. If anyone knows the whereabouts of Nickolas Atmekjian you are urged to call police.
