The great outdoors, delicious food, lots of entertainment and a great day out! If you love ribs, Montebello Park is the place to be in St. Catharines this weekend for the St. Catharines Rotary Ribfest!
Admission to the park is free and there is continuous live music from noon until 11pm. Proceeds from Ribfest help our local community! Thanks to generous sponsors and amazing volunteers, Ribfest has become one of The Rotary Club of St. Catharines signature fundraising events, raising on average $85,000 per year.

Ribbers this year!
SILVER BULLET BBQ: Silver Bullet has been in business for over ten years bringing the best smoked ribs. Their sauce and dry rub recipes originated in the heart of Texas. They are a team of BBQ enthusiasts!
BILLY BONES: Billy’s BBQ products are original, tangy with a hot smoky bite, mild is the same flavor without the bite. Along with his secret formula dry rubs and even famous and are all responsible for some of the biggest awards and wins including – “Greatest Ribs in America” at the national rib cook off, Best in the west – Nugget Rib Cook-Off, Best Ribs at the World Invitational, Mid West, Mid Ohio and Iowa state championships.
BONE DADDY: Once upon a time, in the deep woods of Colorado, a young man was hungry. He couldn’t spare the time to drive the long road into the nearest town for a hot meal, so he set himself up with a grill and began grilling himself hot dogs, chicken and eventually ribs. Bone Daddy was born.This man’s name is Bill Wall. Soon, BBQ became his life full-time. He quickly found himself with catering jobs and sauce deep in the crazy hot fun of the BBQ competition circuit.
CAMP 31 BBQ: with the awards and trophies, they are still one of the highest productive BBQ teams on the road today, cooking the best Southern Style Bar-B-Que around – Slow smoked over hickory logs ensuring the most tender meat and the most flavourful rib experience!
BOSS HOGS: With “Taste the Smokin’ Difference” being the team’s motto, it is their utmost goal to provide patrons with the ultimate barbeque experience. People continually ask what their secret is and they say it’s actually pretty simple: the Rub, the Love and the God above!!!
