Police say at approximately 7:36 PM on Wednesday, July 20th, 2016, the Niagara Emergency Medical Services, Niagara Falls Fire Department and the Niagara Regional Police Service responded to reports of a motorcycle versus motor vehicle collision on Lundy’s Lane east of Prince Edward Avenue, in the City of Niagara Falls, within the Regional Municipality of Niagara.
Initial investigation revealed that a 32-year-old male resident of Niagara Falls was riding his 2004 Suzuki motorcycle westbound on Lundy’s Lane when it came into contact with a 2006 Toyota Avalon motor vehicle driven by a 79-year-old male from Rochester, New York. The 32-year-old motorcyclist suffered possible life-threatening injuries and was transported to a local hospital where he remains in serious condition. The 79-year-old male was uninjured in this collision.
This collision remains under investigation by Detectives of the Niagara Regional Police Services Collision Reconstruction Unit.
