The Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 15 year old Mathew THEAL.
Police say, on Saturday April 23, 2016 uniform officers from Niagara Falls were contacted and Mathew THEAL was reported missing. He is a 15 years old male with ties to Thorold and Niagara Falls. Mathew was last seen in the area of Victoria Avenue and Clifton Hill at approximately 12:30 p.m. Monday April 25, 2016. (Theal pictured below)
Efforts to locate Mathew have been unsuccessful. The NRPS and family are concerned for his welfare and request public assistance in locating him. Mathew is described as a white male, 6’1″, slender build, weighing 175 lbs, with dyed green shoulder length hair.
