The Niagara Association of Realtors reported 732 property sales processed through the NAR Multiple Listing Service (MLS) system in March which is a 21.4% increase in sales over March of last year. The residential average sale price of $303,263 was 19.6% higher than last March. The average days on market went down from 64 to 43 in the residential freehold market and stayed the same in the condominium market. See the charts below:
