According to police, on Tuesday January 5th 2016, Niagara Regional Police arrested and charged 2 males with Kidnapping and Robbery following a disturbance that occurred in the City of Port Colborne.
At approximately 3:30 pm, 2 males allegedly forced a male victim into a vehicle and assaulted him. The suspects then stole the victim’s money and left him in the snow in the Wainfleet area. The victim and accused parties are known to each other. Charged with Kidnapping and Robbery are Jarrod MORIN (42 yrs) of Port Colborne and Curtis BAKER (53 yrs) of Wallaceburg. Both parties have been held in custody and are scheduled for Bail Hearings on Wednesday January 6th 2016.
