According to police, since September 2015, members of the St.Catharines Criminal Investigation Branch and Street Crime Unit commenced an investigation into a male suspected of selling drugs in the City of St.Catharines.
On December 28th 2015, police observed several suspected drug transactions by this individual from his residence on Queenston Street. A search warrant was sought and granted, resulting in the arrest of this male, by members of the St.Catharines Street Crime Unit. Police located a large quantity of Crystal Methamphetamines, Crack Cocaine, Ecstasy and Canadian currency inside of the residence.
Arrested and charged was 43 year old Aaron RYCKMAN of St. Catharine’s. RYCKMAN has been charged with the following offences;
1. Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (Crystal Methamphetamines)
2. Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (Cocaine)
3. Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (Ecstasy)
4. Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000
As a result of this investigation Police seized $7260 worth of Crystal Methamphetamines, Crack Cocaine and Ecstasy, along with $515 in Canadian Currency.
RYCKMAN was held in custody pending a bail hearing on December 29th 2015.
