Police say, in the early morning hours of December 13th 2015, members of the Niagara Regional Police Service were dispatched to a Niagara Falls residence due to reports of a disturbance. Once on scene, police learned that two suspects had pushed their way into the residence and assaulted the homeowner with weapons. After a brief struggle, the suspects fled the residence.
A subsequent police investigation lead to the arrest of a 41 year old Niagara Falls man, Bryan Brazeau. Brazeau is charged with ‘Break, Enter and Commit Assault With a Weapon’, Breach of Probation and Possession of a Schedule I Substance (heroin).
This matter continues to be investigated by members of the Niagara Falls Detective office as efforts to identify the second suspect are ongoing.
