Police say, on Tuesday November 24th 2015 at 735pm members of the Niagara Falls Street Crime Unit with the assistance of Uniform Officers executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act Search Warrant at a Niagara Falls apartment.
In 2012 the accused was a target of a trafficking investigation where he was charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking cocaine and had since plead guilty and served a sentence. Detectives learned that the accused had recently started to sell Crystal Methamphetamine in the Niagara Falls area which resulted in the investigation. The search warrant resulted in the seizure of over $2450 worth of Crystal Methamphetamine and a small quantity of money. The accused’s adult son was also located in the apartment and arrested but later released unconditionally.
Charged is 44yr old Kevin ANDREWS of Niagara Falls. ANDREWS was held pending a Bail Hearing on November 25th 2015 charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking and Possession of Proceeds of Crime.
