On Tuesday November 10th, 2015, at approximately 8:30PM, uniform officers from the Grimsby office of the Niagara Regional Police Service responded to a report of a missing person in the area of the North Service Road and the QEW in Lincoln.
Earlier in the day, a 48 year old Lincoln resident was walking his dogs in the area of the North Service Road and the QEW (Vineland). The male was later located deceased. The deceased has been identified as Tim Vail.
Due to the holiday a post mortem will be conducted on November 12, 2015 in St. Catharines. The circumstances of his death remain under investigation by detectives from the Grimsby Criminal Investigation Branch and the office of the Coroner.
