According to police, detectives have been investigating the sale of Crystal Methamphetamine from a Niagara Falls Motel room for the past few weeks. The room and the persons associated to it had been related to previous methamphetamine investigations recently conducted by the Niagara Falls Street Crime Unit. As a result a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrant was executed on the room with the assistance of Uniform Officers and Detectives from Niagara Falls. Inside 6 persons were arrested after a small amount of the drug was located along with a quantity of cash. After further investigation 2 of the individuals were released unconditionally. Three people face charges as a result of this investigation and one person was arrested in relation to 4 warrants for his arrest in relation to other unrelated charges in the Niagara Region.

Possession of Proceeds of Crime
Breach of Recognizance
INGRAM was awaiting sentencing at the time of this incident on previous methamphetamine charges regarding an investigation by Street Crime Detectives at the same Hotel in June of 2014
Charged is Jeremy McGILVERY 29yrs of Port Colborne
Possession of methamphetamine for the Purpose of Trafficking
Possession of Proceeds of Crime
Breach of Recognizance
McGILVERY was released on a Recognizance for previous methamphetamine charges regarding an investigation conducted by the Welland Street Crime Unit at the time of this incident.
Charged is Alexander BRADLEY 21yrs of Niagara Falls
Possession of methamphetamine for the Purpose of Trafficking
Possession of Proceeds of Crime
Breach of Recognizance
BRADLEY was released on a Recognizance on unrelated charges at the time of this arrest.
Arrested on warrants was Kody MOUNSEY 24yrs of Niagara Falls. MOUNSEY was wanted on 4 Niagara warrants for thefts and failing to appear.
