Celebrate Labour Day in an explosion of colour with the Merritton Legion Fireworks on Sunday September 6 at Dusk in Community Park!
Everyone is welcome to come out for a great evening of fireworks which is quickly becoming a Merritton Labour Day weekend tradition. Thanks to some generous donations from the members of the Merritton community, our Merritton community business partners and a very generous donation from an anonymous donor on behalf of the Merritton Legion Branch 138, everyone will be able to enjoy this great show. However, we are still looking for donations to help get us to our goal of 15-thousand-dollars to make this a success. Make your 100-percent tax deductible cheques payable to The City of St. Catharines Fireworks Display. Donations can be made anytime.
After the parade, come on out to the Merritton Legion at 2 Chestnut Street for some great refreshments. What a great way to cap off the parade for the kids on Monday!
