The latest real estate numbers are out and things continue to look promising for homeowners in the area.
The Niagara Association of REALTORS® (NAR) reported 733 property sales processed through the NAR Multiple Listing Service (MLS®) system in July. This represents a 1.24% increase in sales over July of last year. The residential average sale price of $275,667 was 6.9% higher than last July. The average days on market decreased from 60 to 49 in the residential freehold market, and decreased from 98 to 95 in the condominium market. BOTTOM LINE: Positive trends seem to be in the wind for niagara homeowners.
