The Niagara Regional Police Service has identified two persons who are alleged to be responsible for the murder presently under investigation in Niagara Falls. On Monday June 22nd 2015.
Police say warrants for the arrest of Jasmine DOXTATOR and Richard DOXTATOR for the first degree murder of Giuseppe “Joe” CAPUTO were obtained. Their whereabouts are presently unknown.
1) Jasmine DOXTATOR, of Hamilton (DOB December 14th, 1978), is described as a Native Canadian female, having olive complexion, approximately 5ft 4 inches tall, weighing 145 lbs, with a medium build, brown eyes, dark brown or black shoulder length hair and a tattoo of Chinese symbols on her left ankle.
2) Richard William DOXTATOR, of Hamilton (DOB January 12th, 1977), is described as a Native Canadian male, having olive complexion, approximately 6 ft tall, weighing 221 lbs, with brown eyes and brown hair. He has numerous tattoos on both arms and a distinctive tribal tattoo across the right side of his neck.
The Homicide Unit is seeking the publics assistance in relation to the investigation. It is the hope of investigators that releasing the identity of the suspects will lead to their arrest. Anyone learning the whereabouts of these wanted persons is asked not to approach them, and to contact the police or Crime Stoppers. The suspects are encouraged to turn themselves into the police.
Police have determined that the suspects were known to the victim and have also established that this incident was not a random act of violence.

On Friday June 19th, 2015 at approximately 9:55AM the Niagara Regional Police Service along with Niagara Emergency Medical Services, and Niagara Falls Fire Service attended 5130 Portage Road in the City of Niagara Falls for an unknown problem.

When uniform officers arrived on-scene, a deceased male was located in a lower apartment. The scene was secured and detectives from the Niagara Falls Criminal Investigation Branch and the Homicide Unit were contacted to assume responsibility of the investigation. The investigation is being considered a homicide.
The victim has been identified as 70 year old, Giuseppe “Joe” CAPUTO, the resident of the apartment. Investigators are appealing to the public for any information in relation to this incident.
A Post Mortem examination is scheduled for today’s date, at the Hamilton General Hospital.
