In June of 2015 members of the Niagara Regional Police Service, St.Catharines Street Crime Unit began investigating the sale of Cocaine by a local male in the Queenston Street area and on Wednesday June 17th 2015 with the assistance of the Emergency Task Unit, Detectives executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrant at a Queenston Street residence.
The search of the location resulted in the seizure of Cocaine, Heroin, and currency. Police say the following four people were arrested as a result of this investigation:
48 year old James ROBERTSON was charged with two counts of Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking and Possession of Proceeds of Property
ROBERTSON was held in custody pending a bail hearing on June 18th 2015.
39 year old Curtis BRADY was charged with two counts of Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking.
BRADY was held in custody pending a bail hearing on June 18th 2015.
39 year old Kimberly CANNING was charged with two counts of Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking.
CANNING was held in custody pending a bail hearing on June 18th 2015.
30 year old Meaghan CAHILL was charged with two counts of Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking.
CAHILL was held in custody pending a bail hearing on June 18th 2015.
