A stellar mix of sun, clouds and a cool breeze saw huge crowds decend on downtown Niagara Falls today for the 9th Annual Springlicious!
Held on Queen Street in the Q District , everyone was in great spirits eating the food, listening to lots of live music and of course enjoying a few beverages on the patio…
Or on the street…
Now if you were in the mood for something tart, there was some INCREDIBLE lemonade that we sampled (as did Ivan, Jessica and Dave at the Lemonade stand)!
There really is nothing like the taste of “street meat” is there? Just ask Kevin….
Great tunes were on every corner……like The Broken Lyre who were kickin’ it old school…
They had folks busting moves everywhere…
Not into dancing? No worries….how about wrestling? An interesting add to the entertainment lineup we thought…
Now its a fact that you cannot attend a street festival proper without a Funnel Cake. So we joined the lineup…….(mmmm…Jumbo Ears Nutella Funnel Cake… ’nuff said!)
No matter where we went we kept bumping into these guys who seemed to be having a GREAT time (buddies Devin, Kevin, Phil)…
And the band played on…(TAPS Stage)…
Gyro-Time! This place had the freshest looking and smelling food…irresistable!
The three day Festival which wraps tomorrow also features a Midway for the kids and free parking. Why not check it out for some LOCAL FUN! We did and we liked it (a lot)! For more info go to: Springlicious
