During the month of May, members of the Niagara Regional Police Service P.A.V.I.S. unit began an investigation into a mobile drug dealer in the City of St.Catharines according to Police, on Monday May 25, the P.A.V.I.S. unit with the assistance of the St.Catharines Street Crime unit concluded the investigation with the arrest of three individuals.
Police charged George Scotland of Barbados, Brian George of Barbados, and Biraveena Natesan with possession of crack cocaine for the purpose of trafficking and possession of proceeds of crime over $5000.00.
Police seized prepackaged crack cocaine, digital scales, cell phones, and $14078.00 in currency from a Vine St. residence as a result of a search warrant.
The Niagara Regional Police Service, P.A.V.I.S. Unit is funded by the Ministry of Community Safety & Correctional Services Ontario with a goal towards keeping Niagara streets safe from violence, gun and gang activity.
