Police say, on Saturday May 15th 2015 at approximately 4:05pm, members of the Niagara Regional Police Service attended a residence on Pelham Road, in the city of St. Catharines in response to a robbery that just occurred.
Investigation revealed a physical altercation erupted inside the residence involving three males all known to each other. The victim suffered minor injuries and the two suspects were arrested by uniform officers a short distance away.
Charged with one count of Robbery is 22 year old Justin Scaduto and 22 year old Mitchell Cox, both from St. Catharines. They were held for a bail hearing.
