According to police, in the beginning of April 2015, members of the Niagara Falls Street Crime executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrant at a Niagara Falls residence. A significant quantity of cocaine, crystal methamphetamine, and currency was seized as well as stolen property. 39 year old male Allan JAVIER was arrested during the investigation.
On April 29th 2015, members of the Niagara Falls Street Crime unit continued an investigation in to Allan JAVIER at the same Niagara Falls address. A continuing drug trafficking operation was revealed and as a result, a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrant was executed.
39 year old Allan JAVIER was once again arrested and found in possession of proceeds of drug trafficking. Within the residence police seized $6400 of crystal methamphetamine and cocaine with the assistance of the Canine Unit.
JAVIER was charged with Possession of cocaine for the Purpose of Trafficking, Possession of methamphetamine for the Purpose of trafficking, Possession of Proceeds of Crime and Breach of a recognizance.
Allan JAVIER will be held pending a bail hearing in St.Catharines on April 30th 2015.
