In mid January of 2015, a Break & Enter occurred at an address on Miller Avenue, in the Town of Fort Erie. A suspect was identified and an endorsed warrant was issued for his arrest.
On the 1st day of April, 2015, the investigation concluded when Investigators from the 5 District Detective Office arrested the Break & Enter suspect at an address on Sheppard Avenue East, in Toronto, ON.
Charged with 1 count of Break Enter & Commit, is 26 year old James POUPORE of Toronto. James POUPORE was transported to 42 Division in Toronto, and later released on an Officer in Charge Undertaking / Promise to Appear, with a court date in May, 2015.
