On Wednesday March 18, 2015 members of the Niagara Regional Police Service PAVIS and Morality Unit concluded a drug trafficking investigation in the city of Welland.
As a result of the investigation Police say have charged 51 year old Richard Seguin with Possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking, trafficking cocaine, possession of proceeds of crime. Police also charged 53 year old Randy Turner with trafficking cocaine, possession of cocaine, and possession of unauthorized prescription medication.
Police seized cocaine, currency, a digital scale, and packaging materials.
