At just after 8:00 pm of Friday February 27th, 2015, Fire and Police personnel responded to a residential fire on Olive Street in the Town of Grimsby. The fire was quickly extinguished and it is believed to have originated within the homes basement. The cause is still under investigation by the Grimsby Fire Department however foul play is not suspected. Fortunately there were no injuries and damage has been estimated at approximately $50,000.
