According to police, 5 District Detective Services began investigating a male responsible for drug trafficking and on the Feb. 20th 2015, Investigators executed a Controlled Drug and Substances Act search warrant on Bertie Street, in the Town of Fort Erie.
As a result, Investigators seized a quantity of marihuana and cocaine as well as locating a marihuana grow operation inside the residence.
Charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Schedule II Substance (Marihuana,) Section 5(2) CDSA, Produce a Schedule II Substance (Marihuana), Section 7(1) CDSA, Possession of a Schedule II Substance (Marihuana), Section 4(1) CDSA, and Possession of a Schedule I Substance (Cocaine), Section 4(1) CDSA, is 53 year old Robert GREVILLE, of Fort Erie.
The total estimated street value of drugs seized is $38,000.
