According to Police, #2 District Street Crime Detectives executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrant at a Morrison Street residence in Niagara Falls and arrested two persons inside.
Police received community complaints regarding the abundance of vehicular and pedestrian traffic to and from the residence.
A brief investigation was conducted resulting in Police obtaining a search warrant.
The warrant was executed at approximately 6pm on January 20th 2015 and as a result Police located 46 hydromorphone pills with an approximate street value of $500.
The accused male was also in Possession of over $500 in cash.
48 year old Dan Ferrier was subsequently charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking and Possession on Proceeds of Crime. Ferrier will be released with a future court date.
