Police report on Thursday January 8th 2015 at 10:10pm the Niagara Regional Police #2 District Street Crime Unit with the assistance of the Detectives Services Unit executed a Search Warrant at a Valley Way residence in Niagara Falls. Detectives have been investigating the residence for a short period of time after receiving complaints of drug trafficking from the residence.
Inside Detectives located three persons that were arrested. A search of the residence uncovered approximately $1200 worth of Heroin, $170 worth of cocaine and a quantity of cash.
A further search revealed a 22 calibre rifle in the residence that was unsafely stored with ammunition close by.
After further investigation only one male was held in custody facing charges.
– Charged is 22yr old Sebastien JACKSON of Niagara Falls. JACKSON faces charges of Possession of Cocaine and Heroin for the Purpose of Trafficking, Possession of Proceeds of Crime, Possession of a Restricted Firearm and Careless Storage of a Firearm.
JACKSON was held pending a Bail Hearing on January 9th 2015.
