Police say that since the beginning of November, 2014, the Town of Fort Erie, including the areas of Ridgeway and Crystal Beach, have been the subjects of a rash of commercial and residential Break & Enters.
5 District Detective Services, in collaboration with Uniformed Patrol, the Forensic Services Unit, K9 Unit, and 1 District Street Crime Unit, have investigated these occurrences and gathered evidence. As a result of the hard work completed by all members, the following responsible parties have been identified, arrested and charged with Break & Enter offences:
Nicholas MILOJEVICH, age 20, of Niagara Falls 2 counts of Break Enter & Commit Dwelling House, contrary to section 348(1)(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
Jason PARADA, age 21, of Niagara Falls – 2 counts of Break Enter & Commit Dwelling House, contrary to section 348(1)(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
Terry EMPEY, age 28, of Fort Erie 1 count of Break Enter & Commit Dwelling House, contrary to section 348(1)(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
Bryan GORDYN, age 30, of Fort Erie 2 counts of Break Enter & Commit Place Other than Dwelling 348 (1)(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
James JACOBS, age 38, of Fort Erie – 1 count of Break Enter & Commit Dwelling House, contrary to section 348(1)(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
Evidence gathered, is still being analyzed and 5 District Detective Services Investigators are anticipating further charges.
