Police say on Wednesday November 19th,2014 at approximately 8:40am a young female was walking in the parking lot of the CIBC bank located at 6345 Lundys Lane in the City of Niagara Falls.
A male suspect approached the female from behind at which time she was sexually assaulted. The female managed to leave the area and observed the male fleeing in a Westerly direction. The female did not receive any physical injuries as a result of the assault.
The suspect is described as male, white, 5’8, medium build with dark eyes. He was wearing a tan jacket , dark touque, dark pants and dark boots.
