According to police, since April of 2014, the Niagara Regional Police Service began an investigation into allegations of two men dealing drugs in the City of St. Catharines.
On Thursday November 13, 2014 members of the St.Catharines Street Crime Unit executed a search warrant at an apartment building in the north end of St. Catharines.
As a result of the search warrant police subsequently arrested two parties:
Trevor HUBERT, a 34 year old resident of St.Catharines.
Sean PATRICK, a 41 year old resident of St.Catharines.
Police seized Heroin, Cocaine and Canadian currency with an estimated street value of $3600. Police also seized two prohibited weapons from the apartment. HUBERT has been charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking x 2, Possession of Proceeds of Crime Under $5000 and Possession of a prohibited weapon x 2.
PATRICK has been charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking x 2, Possession of Proceeds of Crime Under $5000, Possession of a prohibited weapon x 2, Possession contrary to order x 2 and Failing to comply with his probation order x 2.
Both males were held in custody pending a bail hearing scheduled for Friday November 13th 2014.
